Services and research we offer in the area of recovery from serious “mental illness” (we prefer calling it ‘mental distress’). Recovery is recognized globally recognized for over two decades, in many parts of the world. What started from the experiences of those who questioned and critiqued psychiatry was soon adopted by psychiatry and allied professions as a goal of mental health services.

The idea behind this blog is to share the phenomenon of recovery from any mental illness as a possibility and as an endeavour worth making. We also do some part of this advocacy on quora and other fora. This blog is the outcome of recovery research done over a span of over a decade and with continued efforts in diverse directions- offering services, writing articles, advocacy and taking the message out on diverse platforms.
